Garden Eel cove, Kaliua-Kona around Hawaii is excellent for divers, as the sea life is rich and beautiful. But this diving crew was surprised by an unlikely visitor, as they were observing stingrays. A smart bottlenose dolphin sensed humans nearby and came hoping they could help.
The divers noticed that the dolphin had a fishing hook stuck in it and it must have been there for a while since he had another problem: the fishing line was wrapped tightly around its left pectoral fin. The dolphin understood diver’s signal and came closer. There he patiently waited for the diver to remove the hook and untangle the line. Incredible once-in-a-lifetime footage captured in the depths of the ocean.
